Re: PS5 - Sony's big boy
I don't think Sony have had to do much - The hype train is already there for the console and they have the player base already to not have to try and win them for the next generation also. People harp on about the console war, but there simply wasn't one this generation. Sure, there will be a fair f...

Re: PS5 games in 2020
As a Dreamcast owner at the time, I remember looking at the PS2 launch and knowing everyone had held off buying a DC due to the imminent arrival of the PS2 and being totally underwhelmed; if not a bit dismayed as by that time the DC had an amazing library of games. To me it took a while until the P...

Re: PS5 games in 2020
PS2 having a strong launch? Didn’t realise Fantavision had such a strong following 🤣 FantaVision was the tits pal! I recall getting Ridge Racer, SSX, Tekken, TimeSplitters, Ready2Rumble... I don't think that's too bad for the first few weeks. I think I also got Silent Scope too which was god ...

Re: PS5 games in 2020
Launch games almost always suck. Yeah, you may have a couple of decent titles, but the rest are usually fillers until something better comes along. In fact, I don't think there has been a strong line-up on launch for either Xbox or PlayStation since the PS2. I think this years major launch titles ar...

I would have also chosen couch co-op, but those games are becoming somewhat of a rarity nowadays. Plus, the Mrs isn't one for gaming although she loves watching me play and trolling me. Some games we've both liked experiencing together are the story-telling ones - Heavy Rain, LA Noire, Telltale game...

Re: How do you prefer to play? Single Player/Mutiplayer/MMO/GaaS
But now, I think just can't stand multiplayer and I'm all about single player and story. Multiplayer is just too stressful for me. Even MMOs I just want to do as much as I can solo. The nearest I get to multiplayer is Drivatars on Forza. I remember playing Counter Strike, Wolfenstein etc back in th...

Re: Genshin Impact [PS4/PS5/Mobile/PC/Switch]
The main character starts with Wind but they’ll eventually master all 7 elements when the different regions come out with updates. So they’ll be an all rounder. FFS. Why don't they tell you this? I literally uninstalled the game because of this feature. Ah well, PS4 being sold shortly anyway so may...
