Quite literally voodoo. The back compat team are wizards. It's so far from where they were in 2013 when Mattrick suggested keeping a 360 for back compat.

Embargo lifts today so there's a ton of previews on Youtube. Mostly positive stuff, the general mass improvements to everything all adding up to a big leap.

Also interesting that the remote play is coming to the new iOS app. Which basically fills that Xcloud miss if you've got an X|S and a decent upload situation.
